Patrick Willemsen was appointed by Royal Decree as Honorary Consul to the Netherlands for Central Florida. The area he serve includes the following 22 counties: Charlotte, Citrus, DeSoto, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lake, Lee, Manatee, Marion, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota, Seminole, and Sumter.

Patrick Willemsen is co-founder as well as a CEO of ABEX GROUP, INC. and responsible for the direction of the activities of the entire group and responsible for larger real estate projects. After his study in Amsterdam, he started his career with a Dutch foundation. After founding several successful businesses in the nineties, he immigrated to the USA in 2003 and established Emergo Consultancy that supported small and medium sized businesses with their growth and internationalization. In 2006 Patrick recognized the chances in the real-estate market and founded ABEX GROUP, INC. Patrick serves on the board of ABEX GROUP, INC. Group as well as on the Board of Valcom Inc.
